By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

We provide web development, CMS implementation, automation, and digital growth services using Next.js, Payload CMS, and other related technologies.
All projects are scoped, priced, and approved before work begins.

• 50% deposit is required to initiate a project unless otherwise stated.
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery or deployment.
• Retainer clients are billed monthly or as agreed in the service contract in advance.
• Late payments incurs a 5% service charge after 14 days.

Upon full payment, ownership of code, design, and deliverables transfers to the client, excluding proprietary frameworks, components, or third-party licenses.

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as stated in your proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope are billed separately at our hourly rate.

While we take every measure to ensure performance and security, UtterFocus Web Agency is not liable for third-party service interruptions, hosting issues, or damages arising from misuse or alteration after delivery.

Projects canceled after initiation are subject to fees covering work completed to date. Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
