Because our services are digital and custom-built, refunds are only provided under specific conditions outlined below.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

If the project is canceled before kickoff, a 90% refund applies (10% covers onboarding and admin time).

If canceled mid-project, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

Retainers are billed monthly and non-refundable once work begins for that month.

Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle without penalty.

If a technical issue arises due to our work (within 30 days of delivery), we will fix it at no additional cost.

We aim for 100% satisfaction. Please contact us within 14 days of any concern so we can resolve it promptly.
